Happy Birthday! Fortnite is seven years old and Epic Games is celebrating by offering FREE rewards during the week-long festivities. Players have until October 1st, 2024 at 2AM EST to unlock the following items: Birthday Bud Spray, Cake Clobberer Pickaxe, and Sprinkly Space Cake Back Bling.

Did someone say balloons? Players can acquire the Birthday Medallion throughout the week which inflates balloons when jumping; maximum of three at a time. Birthday Presents have also been invited back to the party – find some quality loot including the Firework Flare Gun to mark opponents.
Cosmetics might be unobtainable past the deadline given the nature of the event. Thanking the bus driver has temporarily been altered – wishes them a happy birthday rather than a standard “thank you” message which players enthusiastically doing at the beginning of every single Fortnite match.
