Celebrate The End Of Summer By Participating In The Fortnite Island Games For Exclusive Rewards
The warm Summer season is coming to an end and Epic Games is giving players the opportunity to squad up with their friends for some late night fun and participate in a series of Quests to unlock some exclusive rewards. The Fortnite Island Games event began on August 31st, 2021 and will run through September 8th, 2021 with participants playing a selection of Creative LTMs (Limited-Time Modes) that will award them with additional XP for a few last minute Battle Pass gains as well as a collection of cosmetics and rewards as Chapter 2 – Season 7 draws to an epic conclusion next week.
There are a total of 15 Quests and Challenges to complete which span across five of the most popular Fortnite Creative LTMs including:
- Prison Breakout – loot the surrounding area and fight guards for your ticket to freedom
- Red Vs Blue Rumble – show off your skills in this fast-paced, casual combat game
- Finest’s Realistic (2V2) – pair up and battle through eight rounds of intense action
- Wildlands – adventure through the vast wilderness and fight to survive
- Red Vs Blue Lava – battle beside your team in an epic lava -filled arena
Each LTM will offer three unique Quests which can be completed in any order and players will unlock the On The Rise Emoticon, Drooly Spray, Wavebreaker Wrap, and the QWERTY Pickaxe with players needing to complete at least nine challenges to unlock every reward. Epic Games will be releasing each LTM sequentially over the course of the week and players will have until the end of the event to finish any outstanding challenges and earn some awesome rewards.
