El Durrrado Back Bling Early Access Available To Players Who Purchase Physical Fortnite Merch

The holiday season has arrived and Epic Games is giving Fortnite players the opportunity to receive early access to an exclusive in-game cosmetic before it officially appears in the Item Shop at a later date. Available at participating retailers, players can earn The El Durrrado Back Bling by purchasing an eligible Fortnite physical product with the download code included on the receipt. Official Fortnite merchandise are those that feature the “Official Licensed Product” label on the packaging and will include items such as V-Bucks cards, licensed third-party apparel, collectables, and more!

Players will also be able to receive a code from the physical release of the Fortnite Minty Legends Pack which is scheduled to launch on November 5th, 2021 after some minor shipping delays as posted by Epic Games on the official Fortnite website. The deluxe bundle includes three refreshing mint themed Outfits – Fresh Aura, Minty Bomber, and Skellemint Oro – alongside seven additional cosmetics and a bonus of 1,000 V-Bucks for $39.99 CAD at participating retailers; in-store and online.

A complete list of participating retailers can be found on the official Fortnite website with regions including Canada, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, and the United States of America. Canadian Fortnite players can pick up eligible merchandise from Gamestop Canada (formly EB Games) and codes will be printed on receipts starting on November 1st, 2021 through January 15th, 2022 while supplies last with codes scheduled to expire on January 15th, 2023 as clearly outlined by Epic Games.

The El Durrrado Back Bling will only be available to physical items and merchandise; players that purchase “digital only” versions of Fortnite content including the upcoming Misty Legends Pack will not be eligible to receive the exclusive reward. Redemption codes can be redeemed online via the official Fortnite Redeem Your Reward website; players must be logged in to their Epic account.
