Virtual superstar and singing synthesizer Hatsune Miku (初音ミク) is taking over Fortnite Festival with futuristic sounds – featured in over 100,000 songs. The character is developed by Crypton Future Media and is a Vocaloid which is a form of music entirely computer-generated using song lyrics and vocal banks to produce and generate various sounds. Hatsune Miku debuted in 2007 – instantly becoming a cultural phenomenon in Japan with users able to produce their own music using the software.
Rewards can be unlocked with XP through eligible Fortnite experiences.

The seventh season of Fortnite Festival has introduced Local Multiplayer with players able to form a band and rock out co-operatively on the same console. Participating players must each have their own Epic Games account and either PlayStation or Xbox accounts; guest accounts not applicable.
Fortnite is available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Windows PC, Amazon Luna, and Android devices with iOS compatibility available through GeForce Now and Xbox Cloud Gaming.
