Fortnite Crew Subscription Offers Up Unique Exclusives And Monthly Rewards

When it comes to the world of Fortnite, there is certainly no shortage of content. From Marvel and Star Wars to DC Comics and Ghostbusters, players have enjoyed a multitude of ways to customize their own experience and level up their game. Epic Games is giving gamers the opportunity to take their Fortnite experience to the next level by joining the Fortnite Crew – an elite subscription service that rewards players with unique cosmetics and much more! Membership has its privileges.

First announced at the conclusion of the Chapter 2 – Season 4 Galactus event, Fortnite Crew is a paid subscription service that comes with several benefits including: access to the current Battle Pass, a bonus of 1,000 V-Bucks each month, and a monthly Crew Pack with an outfit bundle featuring skins, gliders, back bling and more. These items are exclusive to Fortnite Crew subscribers and will not appear in the standard Item Shop – Epic Games confirms in their FAQ section. Previously released Crew Pack bundles might reappear at some point in the future for subscribers.

While Fortnite Crew subscriptions are tied to their initial console (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo) the cosmetics can be used across all platforms; V-Bucks are limited to the registered console and cannot be spent elsewhere. Gamers that spend the MOST time on Xbox should purchase the Fortnite Crew on that console; vice versa for PlayStation and Nintendo.

The December 2020 bundle included the following items: Galaxia Outfit, Fractured World Back Bling, and Cosmic Llamacorn Pickaxe. The January 2021 bundle will include: Green Arrow skin (based on The CW’s Arrow), Tactical Quiver Back Bling, and Boxing Glove Pickaxe.

Membership will cost $15.99 CAD and players can cancel their subscription at any time. Fortnite Crew subscriptions will remain effective until the next billing period; all cosmetics and V-Bucks obtained during the active period will not be returned; keep them forever!

Fortnite is available now on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One X, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 Pro, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite, Windows PC, and Android devices.
