Renegade Raider Returns In Fortnite OG Shop With Nostalgic Conditions Necessary To Unlock Cosmetic
With Fortnite OG becoming a permanent feature beneath the Battle Royale umbrella, Epic Games is celebrating with a literal blast from the past: Renegade Raider is back! The highly sought after cosmetic was introduced in 2017 when Fortnite was still finding its legs – players had to reach Level 20 before earning the privilege to purchase the Outfit which was daunting in the prehistoric era. Renegade Raider became a badge of true OG status as it was a Season One exclusive with Epic Games saying it would not return – this sentiment has been amended given the dramatic increase in popularity Fortnite found in recent years. Renegade Raider will be available to earn until January 30th, 2025 at 7PM EST.
OG Season Shop Includes:
- Aerial Assault One Glider (500 V-Bucks) | 500,000 XP required
- Aerial Assault Trooper Outfit (1,200 V-Bucks) | 1,000,000 XP required
- Renegade Raider Outfit (1,200 V-Bucks) | 1,500,000 XP required
- Raider’s Revenge Pickaxe (1,500 V-Bucks) | 2,000,000 XP required
Players that previously purchased any of the aforementioned cosmetics will be granted an exclusive style later this year – similar to the August 2024 Paradigm mishap.
