Beast Boy From DC’s Teen Titans Is Coming To Fortnite Primal This Week To Reunite With Raven
When the Zero Crisis Finale ended and thrusted the entire Island into a prehistoric age, Agent Jones knew exactly what to do and sent out a call to Raven (Rachel Roth) herself from DC’s Teen Titans to help unravel the secrets of the mysterious Spire which is located at the centre of the Island with the leader of the Seven – The Foundation – trapped inside. Now, another Teen Titan will be arriving on the Island this week and is ready to fully embrace the primal and untamed nature that comes along with the primal theme.
Beast Boy, one of the founding members of the Teen Titans, will be putting his feet up in the Fortnite Item Shop and lounging alongside the Couch Titan Back Bling and BB’s Beast Bat Pickaxe on May 13th, 2021 at 8PM EST. Players will be able to use Beast Boy’s Built-In Emote to transform into his Gorilla Form at any time during a match which is perfect for roaming among the wolves, boars, chickens, frogs, and raptors! The Beast Boy Outfit also comes with the Garfield Logan style variant and all items will be available to purchase individually or packaged together in the Beast Boy Bundle at a discount.
Those looking to unlock the Beast Boy Outfit and Couch Titan Back Bling before they appear in the Fortnite Item Shop will have the opportunity to do so by competing in the Teen Titans Cup on May 12th, 2021 which is a Duos tournament. Additionally, players that score at least eight points will earn the NEW BBRae Loading Screen (created by Gabriel Piccolo) and all players who participate in the Teen Titans Cup will walk away with the NEW Beast Boy & Raven Spray simply for competing; not necessary to win the tournament. These exclusive rewards will not be available in the Fortnite Item Shop and may take a few days before players receive the Spray in their Lockers.
Players can participate in up to ten matches with their Duos partner during the three hour Teen Titan Cup window; specific times for each region can be found in the COMPETE tab in the game menu located at the top of the screen. In order to participate, players must have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on their Epic account and have reached at least Level 30 or above.
