Fortnite Icon Series Opens Its Doors As Bruno Mars And Anderson .Paak From Silk Sonic Join The Party

Epic Games has rolled out the red carpet as Grammy nominated R&B musical artists Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak – collectively known as Silk Sonic – have officially made their way to the Fortnite Island as the latest members of the popular Icon Series. The celebrity duo made their inaugural appearance in the Item Shop with an assortment of cosmetics on February 3rd, 2022 and players can listen to the musical stylings of Silk Sonic themselves through the recently implemented in-game radio station called Icon Radio! which can be tuned in to and enjoyed while driving around in any vehicle. Epic Games has also brought in legendary artist William Earl “Bootsy” Collins to Fortnite as the host of the station.

The Silk Sonic Bundle offers players the opportunity to expand their Fortnite horizon with accessories inspired by each member of the musical group including both the Bruno Mars Outfit and Anderson .Paak Outfit, Sound Scepter Back Bling and Sound Scepter Pickaxe, Sonic Snare Back Bling, Boom Bap Pickaxe, Freedom Wheels Emote, and Somebody This Fly Lobby Track for 2,700 V-Bucks. Players will receive a sizable discount of 1,800 V-Bucks when purchasing this exclusive bundle which also includes the Winter, Blastoff, and Tycoon Styles for the Outfits in addition to their default options.

Both the Bruno Mars Outfit and Anderson .Paak Outfit can be purchased separately for 1,800 V-Bucks and 1,500 V-Bucks each; the Sound Scepter Pickaxe comes included with the former.
