Pirates Of The Caribbean Is Sailing Into Fortnite And Players Can Plunder For Treasure With Captain Jack

Avast! Pirates of the Caribbean has sailed into the Fortnite harbour and players can line their pockets with Cursed Gold as Map Pieces direct them towards unspeakable fortune. The maiden voyage started making waves on July 19th, 2024 and is scheduled to raise anchor on August 6th, 2024 at 4AM EST which is when Epic Games will roll out the final update of the Wrecked season. Jack Sparrow’s beloved Black Pearl can also be found at Shipwreck Shallows lined with Pirate Cannons capable of blasting players to uncharted locations or away from the storm because dead men tell no tales!

Players can complete Cursed Sails Quests – divided into pieces of eight “Pirate Codes” whereby the Cursed Gold gathered will unlock stages of the Cursed Sails event pass with competition of each section awarding a Map Piece necessary to acquire Jack’s Ship Glider. There are FREE and Premium Reward Tracks to pursue with the Jack’s Prize Back Bling and Cursed Jack Sparrow Outfit waiting to be salvaged from the wreckage. Players can access the Premium Reward Track with a fee of 1,000 V-Bucks which will always be remembered as the day when players unlocked the Jack Sparrow Outfit in turn.

Players can purchase the Pirates of the Caribbean Bundle for 3,400 V-Bucks which includes the Elizabeth Swann Outfit, Elizabeth’s Favor Pickaxe, Captain Barbossa Outfit, Barbossa’s Sword Pickaxe, Davy Jones Outfit, Norrington’s Sacrifice Pickaxe, Dead Man’s Chest Back Bling, Davy’s Pipe Organ Emote, and Lil Kraken Back Bling. Cosmetics are also available to plunder separately:

Cursed Sails rewards are not exclusive to the event and might sail into the Item Shop for purchase should anyone miss out on unlocking them. Notably excluded from the Pirates of the Caribbean collab is Will Turner who was famously portrayed by Orlando Bloom (The Lord of the Rings) in the films with franchise favourites including Tia Dalma and Bootstrap Bill being some suitable contenders for another round of adventures on the high seas – nothing is confirmed to be happening at the moment.
