Ranked Reload Has Arrived In Fortnite With Players Able To Get Felina Outfit; Level Up Their Battle Pass

The wait is finally over. Epic Games recently added Ranked Reload to the Fortnite competitive circuit where players can put their skills to the test. It launched on September 24th, 2024 and operates exactly as other ranked modes whereby players of similar performance levels are placed in the same match versus standard ones where “sweats” – someone who tries too hard/seriously – emerge and completely dominate other players; often ruining the overall experience. Ranked is the perfect vehicle to pursue worthy opponents with Ranked Reload sporting Duos and Squads configurations in the interim.

Players have an opportunity to unlock the Felina Outfit and Felina’s Claw Pickaxe – customizable by way of any achieved rank during a current season. In order to be eligible, players must log in to Fortnite before November 11th, 2024 at 9AM EST and then complete the following tasks to be rewarded:

  • Earn 25 Account Levels (Battle Pass) to unlock – Felina’s Claw Pickaxe
  • Earn 50 Account Levels (Battle Pass) to unlock – Felina Outfit

The deadline to fulfil these requirements is December 9th, 2024, at 9 AM EST.

Previous cosmetics which could display player ranks include Odyssey and Drakon Steel Rider who appeared in the Item Shop for purchase. It is unknown whether Epic Games will be offering Outfits and Pickaxes that support this feature for FREE again in the future – they could be testing the waters.

Epic Games launched Fortnite Reload earlier this year with familiar Chapter 1 locations ranging from Pleasant Park to Tilted Towers and more! Reception from the OG Season likely contributed towards this mode becoming a reality – veteran players enjoyed revisiting the island. A leaked roadmap revealed that a Chapter 2 version of Fortnite Reload would arrive sometime in the foreseeable future.

Fortnite is available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Windows PC, Amazon Luna, and Android devices with iOS compatibility available through GeForce Now and Xbox Cloud Gaming.
