Xbox Anniversary Celebration Invites Players To Commemorate 20 Years Of Xbox Gaming Together
Xbox is celebrating its 20th anniversary on November 15th, 2021 and are ready to mark the monumental milestone with a livestream presentation which will focus on the history of the Xbox platform. The exclusive event will also highlight and pay homage to the last 20 years of Xbox including favourite memories from industry professionals and the entire Xbox gaming community. Players can tune in to the event which starts at 1PM EST on the official Xbox social media streaming channels including Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook to communicate and share their best gaming moments and more with friends, family, and fellow Xbox enthusiasts; all are welcome to share the moment.
The Xbox Anniversary Celebration will be broadcast in a wide selection of different languages including German, Swedish, Finnish, Hindi, Norwegian, Vietnamese, and more with preferred languages easily accessible through the YouTube broadcast channel. Will Tuttle, Xbox Wire Editor in Chief confirmed the announcement on November 8th, 2021 via the Xbox Wire and explained that the event will also be broadcasting with American Sign Language (ASL) as well as Audio Descriptions (AD) in English on their YouTube channel with streamers and content creators cautioned to refrain from uploading copyrighted audio or music to their personal channels in order to avoid strike actions from automated bots.
Fans will be able to continue their Xbox celebrations by participating in the Xbox FanFest Trivia contest where players will have the opportunity to win a wide range of Xbox themed prizes including Xbox Gear Shop Digital Gift Cards, Xbox Wireless Controllers – 20th Anniversary Special Edition, and a Grand Prize which includes a Halo Infinite Xbox Series X bundle. Currently, badges feature the traditional Xbox green colour palette and can be displayed on the profiles of Xbox players (should they desire) to express their loyalty to the entire Xbox community and showcase exactly how long they have been involved with the Xbox platform.
