Assassin’s Creed Franchise Comes To Fortnite With Ezio Auditore And Eivor Varinsdottir Animus Bundle
Nothing is true. Everything is permitted. Epic Games has brought the massively successful and beloved gaming franchise – Assassin’s Creed – to Fortnite for the first time. With a growing roster of characters which includes historical figures such as Leonardo da Vinci, Socrates, Cleopatra, and Gaius Julius Caesar to name but a few of them, the selection of potential Battle Royale participants is wide open; especially with ten primary assassins featured throughout the series. And while the door is now seemingly open for those like Edward Kenway and Shay Patrick Cormac in the future, Epic Games has officially chosen two of the most recognizable assassins – Ezio Auditore and Eivor Varinsdottir – to join the game.
Players can purchase the Tales From The Animus Bundle for 2,800 V-Bucks from the Item Shop which features a multitude of items and cosmetics including the Ezio Auditore Outfit with Ezio’s Hidden Blade Pickaxe, Assassin’s Strike Built-In Emote, Eivor Varinsdottir Outfit, Eivor’s Shield Back Bling, Handaxes of the Raven Clan Pickaxe, Viking War Cry Built-In Emote, Wolf-Kissed Longboat Glider, Raven Clan Emoticon, Wolf-Kissed Spray, Eivor’s Fury Loading Screen, and a Banner Icon. Players will also receive a discount of 1,600 V-Bucks when purchasing the bundle as the aforementioned Ezio Auditore Outfit and Eivor Varinsdottir Outfit each cost 1,800 V-Bucks with the Wolf-Kissed Longboat Glider available to own for 800 V-Bucks; a hooded Style for Ezio and a cloaked Style for Eivor are also included.
The Gaming Legends Series currently has fifteen other notable inductees from popular video game franchises including Master Chief (Halo Infinite), Kratos (God of War Ragnarök), Aloy (Horizon Forbidden West), Cammy (Street Fighter), Guile (Street Fighter), Ryu (Street Fighter), Chun-Li (Street Fighter), Chris Redfield (Resident Evil), Jill Valentine (Resident Evil), Marcus Fenix (Gears of War), Kait Diaz (Gears of War), Lara Croft (Tomb Raider), and Psycho Bandit (Borderlands), respectfully – the latter being the first inaugural addition; changing from Epic rarity status. Rocket League also has property in Fortnite which often gets added into the game through an annual Llama-Rama crossover event.
