Winter’s Trickster Legacy Set Offering Fortnite Crew Subscribers Volpez Outfit With Their Memberships
The Fortnite Crew subscription program has provided members with unique benefits and prestige for nearly three years. Epic Games launched the service in December 2020 – advertising it as a way players could maximize their Fortnite experience with exclusive cosmetics, rewards, and benefits obtainable solely through the monthly membership; never to be released to the general public. The program itself has evolved to include additional offerings including Rocket Pass Premium for Rocket League which became part of the package back in April 2023 and Legacy Sets that unlock Styles with each subsequent month of membership. Players were gifted the Protocol Pack and Photonic Striker for their loyalty in the past which featured featured six stages of customizable options for the respected cosmetics.
Subscribers will receive the Trickster’s Charge Spray, Winter’s Trickster Banner Icon, and Tricksters Unite! Emoticon immediately with non-subscribers having until October 31st, 2023 at 8PM EST to begin unlocking the progressive set. Epic Games has stated that subscribers can pause their memberships and resume them at a later date – consecutive months are not required. Traditionally, Legacy Sets had deadlines set in place with subscribers needing to complete the final stage before officially becoming retired and unobtainable however a date is not currently in place this time around. Items are awarded whenever subscribers receive their monthly Crew Pack offerings – original registration date:
- Stage 2: The Underfox Lobby Track and Outfoxed Wrap
- Stage 3: Blizzard’s Bite Pickaxe
- Stage 4: Skulk Pack Back Bling
- Stage 5: Volpez Outfit
As with previous Fortnite Crew Packs, the current Battle Pass will be gifted to active subscribers at no additional cost; those that previously purchased it will be given a one-time return of 950 V-Bucks which will be applied to qualifying accounts. Membership to the service costs $15.99 CAD per month and players can cancel their subscription at any time with benefits remaining effective until the next billing period. Any cosmetics and V-Bucks obtained during the subscription period will permanently remain on eligible accounts regardless of cancellation; V-Bucks will be received on the initial subscription day.
Fortnite is available now on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One X, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 Pro, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite, Windows PC, and Android devices – iOS compatibility is available through GeForce Now and Xbox Cloud Gaming.
